Joshua Smith promoted to NM Regional President for WaFd Bank

The NMSBIC congratulates NMSBIC president and board chair Joshua Smith on his promotion to New Mexico Regional President for WaFd Bank in February 2025. Mr. Smith has 25 years of experience in banking and finance.

Mr. Smith has served on the NMSBIC board since 2022. NMSBIC board members are volunteers appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the New Mexico Senate.
